According to the present invention, a furnace includes a plate. The plate: is vertically transferred to be submerged in molten steel inside the furnace; and then is horizontally and linearly transferred or is rotated to remove impurities such as oxides existing on the surface of the molten steel in some areas inside the furnace. Therefore, a user can perform processes to remove the impurities such as oxides existing in the molten inside the furnace in an easy, rapid, and safe manner.
