摘要 Through the present invention, a radiation measuring apparatus and a method thereof can improve spatial resolution of an ion chamber array detector without changing a hardware-type ion chamber array of the ion chamber array detector, and can obtain the dose distribution of a patient more specifically than the conventional apparatus. The radiation measuring method can be performed by an analysis terminal which obtains detection results of radiation irradiated toward the ion chamber array detector from a target where radiation is emitted. The radiation measuring method comprises as follows: a step of setting the distance between an ion chamber array detector and a target to a first distance, and measuring the dose of radiation at the first distance; a step of setting the distance between the ion chamber array detector and the target to a second distance, and measuring the dose of radiation at the second distance; and a step of converting the dose of radiation detected at the second distance in order to be expressed in the resolution for the first distance so that the spatial resolution of the ion chamber array detector can be expanded.
