PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milling part of a rice-polishing machine capable of surely transferring to maintenance work, without caring about troublesome operation procedures, by avoiding the situation of dissipating unpolished rice in a hopper to the periphery, even if an operator forgets previous shutter operation when cleaning the milling part.SOLUTION: The milling part of the rice-polishing machine comprises an unpolished rice hopper 2, a milling roll 3 and a cylindrical rice bran guiding-removing part 4 for removing rice bran while guiding a milling grain to the polished rice outlet 4a side of the front end from the unpolished rice port 2a side of the unpolished rice hopper 2, and the rice bran guiding-removing part 4 is provided with a shutter 6 constituted so as to be capable of taking out along the axis of the milling roll 3 from the polished rice outlet 4a side and opening-closing an unpolished rice port 2a of the unpolished rice hopper 2 and an energizing member 7 for energizing-holding this shutter 6 to-by a closing position, and an opposite part 4c for holding the shutter 6 in an opening position against energizing force of this energizing member 7, is provided in the rice bran guiding-removing part 4, so that the shutter 6 automatically closes when removing the rice bran guiding-removing part 4. |
