PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation of throughput in radio wave communication even in a structure which controls optical communication and the radio wave communication by a common control section.SOLUTION: An information communication device 100 comprises: a radio wave communication part 102 for performing radio wave communication; an optical communication part 103 for performing optical communication; and a control part 101 commonly connected to the radio wave communication part 102 and the optical communication part 103 and for controlling communication processing by the radio wave communication part 102 and communication processing by the optical communication part 103. The control part 101 preferentially performs the communication processing by the radio wave communication part 102 prior to the communication processing by the optical communication part 103. |
