PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a work content performed with a privilege user ID so as to prevent the ID from being illegally used.SOLUTION: A log monitoring function unit 114 retrieves a privilege user ID which is lent and retrieves a work log in the privilege user ID. The retrieved work log is compared with the work content applied at the time when the privilege user ID is lent. When the retrieved work log is different from the work content applied at the time of lending, the privilege user ID is locked so as not to be used by a user, and the fact that work inappropriate for the application is performed is notified to an e-mail address of the user. |
