PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and labor saving commodity sorting device.SOLUTION: A commodity sorting device 1 includes: an automated warehouse 2 having multiple arrangement racks 3 partitioned by multiple columns and stages; a stocking line 4 for putting multiple kinds of commodity items 100 in the warehouse; a flow rack 5 for placing a predetermined kind of commodity items 100 stored on the multiple arrangement racks 3, for assortment by workers; a crane 6 for disposing the commodity items 100 put in from the stocking line 4, at the arrangement racks 3, and moving the commodity items 100 stored on the arrangement racks 3 to the flow rack 5 and placing the items on the flow rack 5; and a conveyance lane 7. One end of the conveyance lane 7 has an input part 8 for putting in delivery cases 200, and the other end of the conveyance lane 7 has a discharge part 9 for discharging the delivery cases 200. The conveyance lane 7 is provided at a position facing the automated warehouse 2 across the flow rack 5, the input part 8 and the discharge part 9 are located on sides corresponding to the respective side faces of the flow rack 5, and space between the flow rack 5 and the conveyance lane 7 forms working space 10 for the workers. |
