PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device including a capacitance coupling system touch panel for achieving the detection of a capacitance with high fidelity as an input device by using a conductive film containing metal nano-wire in which the fluctuation of conductive characteristics is suppressed.SOLUTION: The display device includes: a display circuit board 11 and a transparent substrate 15 disposed so as to face each other; and a display circuit layer 12 at the display circuit substrate 11 side. The display device includes a capacitance coupling system touch panel including a capacitance detection touch panel circuit layer 14 disposed on the transparent substrate 15 for detecting a position where a transparent electrode for detecting XY position coordinates is touched as an input device. In the capacitance coupling system touch panel, the transparent electrode is constituted of the conductive film of metal nano-wire contained in transparent resin, and the metal nano-wire is exposed from the surface layer of transparent resin, and the exposed metal nano-wire is connected to a connection electrode leading to lead-out wiring. |
