PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a copper loss of a two-phase DC motor and to reduce vibration and noise.SOLUTION: A stator includes an A-phase stator magnetic pole, an A-phase winding, a B-phase stator magnetic pole and a B-phase winding. A rotor includes an N magnetic pole, an S magnetic pole and an X magnetic pole which is a third rotor magnetic pole indicating intermediate magnetic characteristics of both the poles. When generating torque in a specific direction by electrifying one-sided currents in the A-phase winding and the B-phase winding, both the currents are electrified in a rotation region where both the A-phase winding and the B-phase winding are capable of generating the torque in the specific direction. In other rotation regions, the current is electrified only in one of the windings. Thus, a motor implements quiet rotational drive at low cost. |
