<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for optimizing attribute information, etc. capable of optimizing attribute information on customers and attribute information on commodities, etc., respectively in selection of the commodities, etc. to be recommended to the customers, and to further provide an apparatus for selecting recommendation objects for selecting object commodities to be recommended to the customers, etc. by using the attribute information on the customers and the attribute information on the commodities, etc. which are optimized by the apparatus for optimizing the attribute information, etc.SOLUTION: An attribute item common to each of customers and commodities to be recommendation objects is set, and scores showing degrees of attributes are recorded in a customer attribute master and a commodity attribute master for every customer, and every commodity.
