PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driving control apparatus and method, and a motor using the same.SOLUTION: A motor driving control apparatus includes a back-electromotive force detecting unit, an offset correcting unit and a controlling unit. The back-electromotive force detecting unit detects back-electromotive force generated from a motor apparatus. The offset correcting unit determines whether or not an offset delay is present in the back-electromotive force detecting unit and corrects the offset delay when the offset delay is present. The controlling unit controls a driving of the motor apparatus using the back-electromotive force in which the offset delay is corrected by the offset correcting unit. |
