PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate an actuator and a control device by providing a substrate to form the control device thereon within a recess integrally formed in a case.SOLUTION: A servo-type linear actuator comprises a resolver (11), a drive motor (12) and an orthogonal transformation mechanism (13) within a tubular case (1) including a mounting part (2) at one end side (1a), and further includes an output body (8) connected to the orthogonal transformation mechanism (13) and projecting a distal end (8a) thereof outwards from another end side (1c) of the tubular case (1), and a control device (6) for controlling the drive motor (12) on the basis of a resolver signal (11a) from the resolver 11. A substrate (5) with the control device (6) formed thereon is provided within a recess (3) at an outer circumferential side of the tubular case (1). |
