PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it will become realistically impossible in the virtualization environment that is certain to become more complex in system configuration and increase in number for system users to work on physical resources and logical resources.SOLUTION: In specific terms, a service menu is set for each user ID, and the range/quantity of information supply is determined to match the service menu. In order to provide low-priced and high-quality service, it is commonly cited as one of available options for the infrastructure (hardware and software) to ultimately aim at so-called vendor lock-in. Namely, appropriate capacity planning can be done by once integrating information acquired on a product-by-product basis, coordinating the plurality of information items at the same level on a purpose-by-purpose (screen-by-screen) basis to rearrange them to match individual purposes, and providing the rearranged information to users. |
