<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover plate that can be safely opened and closed with a small physical burden of an operator, and to provide an air lubrication device and a ship having the cover plate.SOLUTION: The cover plate 1 that is attached to a bottom of a ship for covering an opening of the bottom includes a hinge shaft 15 perpendicular to the bottom. The hinge shaft 15 is freely movable in a lengthwise direction of the hinge shaft 15. The cover plate 1 is supported at the bottom so as to be freely rotatable around the hinge shaft 15, and when being at a lowest position, the cover plate 1 is supported at the bottom so as to be suspended with the hinge shaft 15.</p> |
