PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle charging system, a power supply system and a charge control device, capable of transmitting information related to disconnection to the vehicle side when power supply from an external power source is disconnected.SOLUTION: A power supply device 2 detects the disconnection of power supply from a commercial power source 5 by a power source detector unit 23, to store a disconnection time. A charge control device 3 detects by a connection detector unit 33 that a charge plug 25 of the power supply device 2 is connected to a charge port 35. After the connection is detected by the connection detector unit 33, if no connection signal is received, the power supply device 2 switches a switch 34 to an ON state to supply power from an on-vehicle battery 41 to a control unit 21 of the power supply device 2 through a power line 30c. On receiving power supply through the power line 20c, the power supply device 2 transmits the stored disconnection time to the charge control device 3. |
