PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chirp control semiconductor laser capable of keeping a relative relation among respective wavelengths of a laser part and a filter part and the like substantially constant without external control.SOLUTION: A chirp control semiconductor laser is provided with: a laser part 1 having an active region loading a diffraction grating; an inclined diffraction grating part 2 provided to a signal light outgoing side of the laser part and having a diffraction grating whose ridgeline is inclined in an angle range of 30° to 60° to a propagation direction of the signal light; and a wavelength filter part 3 provided in front of the inclined diffraction grating part 2. |
