Provided is a base-less double-sided adhesive sheet, which can exhibit good antistatic performance and releasability when used as, for example, a member for a capacitive touch panel, and in which release films contained therein have oligomer-blocking performance. A base-less double-sided adhesive sheet comprising an adhesive agent layer and release films respectively laminated on both surfaces of the adhesive agent layer and having different peel forces from each other, wherein the peel force of the first release film is smaller than that of the second release film, and at least one of the release films is produced by laminating a coating layer comprising an electrically conductive compound (A) and a binder polymer (B) on a polyester film and then laminating a release layer on the coating layer.
