The fluid dynamic profile comprises a suction side and a pressure side, which are formed with projections and/or depressions, where flow resistance of projections and/or depressions on suction side is lower than the flow resistance of projections and/or depressions on the pressure side. The increased pressure difference between suction side and pressure side can be achieved because of the lower pressure side with respect to flow resistance of the suction side. An independent claim is included for a method for improving glide in fluid-dynamic profile.
