The valve has a rear space (8) provided at a lower side (6) of a valve body (1). A pilot passage (16) is formed in a central portion of the valve body, and operates from an upper side (17) to the lower side of the valve body. The pilot passage is extended from an armature space (35) of a magnetic head pilot valve (2). An inlet nozzle (20) opens from an inlet (3) into the pilot passage, where cross-section of the pilot passage is smaller than that of a pilot valve seat (30). A sealing part (10) of a membrane (11) radially and closely encloses a pipe element (15) of the valve body.
