Method and device for restoring eutrophic waters using aluminum or iron salts in solid or liquid form as a precipitant, are claimed. The precipitant is in the form of a suspension produced with sea water in a venturi nozzle-mixing system, with which air volume of 0.2-50 m 3> per m 3> is suctioned into a venturi nozzle. The suspension has a concentration of 0.5-10%. A suspension cloud of droplets is distributed on the sea surface at a width of 10-60 m with a surface acted upon which is 1-100 g/m 2> water surface.
