An attaching device of a display apparatus has a rectangular plate shape and attaches a circuit board on a back surface of a display panel which has one side of a front surface connected to one end of the circuit board. The attaching device has a shape corresponding to the display panel, and includes a safe attachment part to which the display panel is safely attached; and a slide bar extended in a longitudinal direction of one side of the safe attachment part and having one end movable from a first position to a second position. The first position and the second position are provided on a longitudinal extension line and face each other while the safe attachment part is positioned therebetween. The other end of the circuit board is bent to be in contact with the rear surface of the display panel such that one of the slide bar is provided at the second position when the other end of the circuit board is attached on the rear surface, and is in contact with an edge of the rear surface to fixate the display panel. |
