Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a jacket of an offshore structure. The method for manufacturing a jacket of an offshore structure is a method for manufacturing a jacket of an offshore structure including three support columns. The method for manufacturing a jacket of an offshore structure includes 1) a step of putting a first support column on a welding support unit of the support column and arranging and welding a plurality of pipes connected to a second column; 2) a step of fixing the first support column by rotating the first support column upwards; and 3) a step of welding and connecting the pipes connected to a third support column to the first support column in the vertical direction.
