The present invention is to form a lighting lamp to be more slimmer and also to be lighter, thereby hanging the lighting lamp on a ceiling safely by separating a light source unit and a power supply unit, attaching the power supply unit on the ceiling, and hanging a light source and a light guide plate in the form of a pendant. According to the present invention, provided is a slim pendant lighting device configured to comprise the power supply unit which supplies power by being attached to the ceiling and connected to the wire of the light source to operate the light source; and the light source unit disposed to have a certain distance from the power supply unit by being hung in the power supply unit by a plurality of wires.
