Embodiments of the present invention provide a time-division monitoring method, comprising: acquiring information about a start moment for monitoring a first cell; when the start moment arrives, monitoring a physical channel of the first cell; when a monitored state of the physical channel of the first cell satisfies a preset condition, terminating monitoring of the physical channel of the first cell, and monitoring a physical channel of a second cell. Correspondingly, the embodiments of the present invention also provide a related device and a time-division monitoring system. The embodiments of the present invention can improve utilization of network resources.
