The present invention relates to a tension device of a take-up winder having a tension control and angle detection function, comprising a guide roller installed at the outer front end of a crank type tension shaft to guide a string to be rotated; a tension control hole through the crank type tension shaft; and a weight body and large and small gears for detecting angles inside the crank type tension shaft. The present invention facilitates the control of tensile strength and enables the control of the rotation of a spindle by detecting angles according to the position of the guide roller, thereby improving the reliability of a tension device and the quality of a take-up winder.
