PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg which can form a fiber-reinforced composite material having excellent compression strength after impact application and interlaminar shear strength and a method for forming a fiber-reinforced composite material. SOLUTION: The prepreg contains the following constitution components (A), (B) and (C), wherein the constitution component (C) is distributed near the surface at concentration higher than the concentration at the inner side of the prepreg.
