PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating anode X-ray tube capable of preventing leakage of lubricant, and to provide an X-ray tube device comprising the rotating anode X-ray tube. SOLUTION: The rotating anode X-ray tube comprises a fixed body, a rotating body 20, a lubricant, an anode target, a cathode, and a vacuum enclosure. The rotating body 20 is extended coaxially with the fixed body and formed in tubular-shape. The fixed body includes a body 21 fitted therein, and an annular lid 22 formed coaxially with the fixed body and the body 21 and fixed to the body 21, and can rotate around the fixed body.
