The equipment (2) has a signal path comprising a test signal generation device (4) for generating a test signal. An amplifier device (6) amplifies the test signal to output the amplified test signal via an output for testing a power engineering test object (14). An additional output (7) decouples the test signal from the signal path and outputs the test signal to another test equipment (3). A digital-to-analog converter device (5) is arranged between the test signal generator device and the amplifier device. The additional output comprises a digital interface.
