摘要 The method for energy reveal and estimation of parameters of short unmodulated radio-signal in passive multi-position radar system and determination of total target velocity vector with set possible accuracy is based on check of statistic hypotheses by criterion of minimum of average risk and uses the energy plausibility relation for reveal of the time interval where the energy plausibility relation exceeds the threshold of reveal with given probability of false alarms, with evaluation of the initial phase and frequency of radio-signal at that time interval at sequential addition of the mix of input radio-signal and noise with the set of reference expected radio-signals with variable initial phase and frequency on the set of possible values of those with different discretion by criterion of maximum of energy plausibility relation. To estimate the frequency of the radio-signal with given possible accuracy at each position from the sample of input realization found a pseudo-signal with given duration restricted with the condition of unambiguity is formed, with determination of the difference of initial phases of radio-signals between the main and goniometrical radio-channels for estimation of the angular position of the target.
