A method for diagnostics of lambliosis associated with ascaridiasis includes parasitological (microscopic) investigation of fresh faeces of patient. At reveal of lambliosis the immunological investigation of saliva or blood serum of patient suffering on lysozyme is carried out, and if index in saliva <15 % or in blood serum <1.15 µmol/l the conclusion is made on possible presence of combined parasitosis lambliosis + ascaridiasis. |
