Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for providing a destination-based taxi service. The destination-based taxi service providing apparatus according to the present invention includes: a destination information delivering unit which collects destination information from a user device, determines an available taxi by using the destination information, and delivers the destination information to a taxi device of the available taxi; a taxi information providing unit which confirms whether the available taxi is empty or not from the taxi device and provides taxi information which corresponds to the available taxi for the user device; and a user evaluation processing unit which collects a user evaluation from the user device and renews the taxi information by using the user evaluation.
