PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable in which a fiber member is not easily displaced and surfaces of electric wires are not easily exposed. SOLUTION: The flat cable 1 includes a flat cable body 4 composed of multiple electric wires 2 arranged in parallel and a fiber member 3 which is woven into the multiple electric wires 2 so as to make stitches between the multiple electric wires 2. In the flat cable 1, tension bodies 5 are respectively provided at a center and both ends of the flat cable body 4 in a width direction of the flat cable body 4.
