PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow reliable prevention of a bank transfer scam while loosening cellular phone call restrictions as much as possible during transaction, in an automatic transaction device 1 for performing a desired transaction through an operation by a user 30. SOLUTION: The automatic transaction device 1 capable of performing a bank transfer transaction through the operation by the user 30 is provided with a phone call radiowave-sensing unit 8 capable of sensing a phone call radiowave 30a of the cellular phone, wherein, upon initiation of the bank transfer transaction by the user 30, phone call radiowave sensing by the phone call radiowave sensing unit 8 is initiated, and the bank transfer transaction is halted while the phone call radiowave 30a is sensed by the phone call radiowave sensing unit 8 during the course of the bank transfer transaction.
