PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever device in an industrial vehicle capable of automatically regulating simultaneous operation by two operation levers, without performing complicated operation. SOLUTION: A first cam plate 19 and a second cam plate 20 are integrally formed on a lifting lever 12 and a tilt lever 13. The first cam plate 19 and the second cam plate 20 have a first sliding surface 19c and a second sliding surface 20b. The first sliding surface 19c and the second sliding surface 20b are oppositely arranged via a clearance 21. A lock roller 22 as an engaging member rotatably supported by an arm member 23, is arranged in the clearance 21. A first recessed part 19d and a second recessed part engaging with the lock roller 22, are respectively formed on the first sliding surface 19c and the second sliding surface 20b. The lock roller 22 respectively engages with the first recessed part 19d and the second recessed part, and regulates the simultaneous operation from a neutral position of the lifting lever 12 or the tilt lever 13.
