<p>An oil/water (O/W) emulsion comprises an emulsifier which is a mixture of surfactant(s) (I) selected from glucose derivatives; surfactant(s) (II) selected from di- and poly-glycerols and their esters with 8-24C branched or linear (un)saturated fatty acids; and lipophilic, unsaturated cosmetic agent (III) with a log P value of at least 3.5. An oil/water (O/W) emulsion comprise an emulsifier which is a mixture of: (a) surfactant(s) (I) selected from glucose derivatives; (b) surfactant(s) (II) selected from di- and poly-glycerols and their esters with 8-24C branched or linear (un)saturated fatty acids; and (c) lipophilic, unsaturated cosmetic agent (III) with a log P value of at least 3.5. [Image] R : branched or linear 1-24C alkyl; R1, R2H or branched or linear 1-24C alkyl; R3-R5H or branched or linear, saturated or unsaturated 8-24C fatty acyl, in which up to 3 aliphatic H atoms may be replaced by OH; and n : 2-8.
