<p>A device for measuring respiratory gas property is disclosed herein. The device includes a substrate (40) having at least two layers (49) joined on top of each other, at least one cavity (42, 51, 71, 72, 73, 74, 81, 82, 83) inside the substrate and at least one sensor (60) fixed to the substrate. The device also includes at least one signal conductor (61) connected to the sensor, and at least one signal contact (41) for communicating along the signal conductor with the sensor and for communicating outside the device. The device also includes a first protrusion (75) attached to the substrate to extend outwards from the substrate and which first protrusion can disturb the respiratory gas flow. The sensor can provide a signal indicative of respiratory gas flow rate disturbed by the protrusion. The signal conductor is disposed in the cavity inside the substrate. ( Fig. 3 )</p> |
