A quality (Q) factor intensifying circuit is provided. The Q factor intensifying circuit includes a transconductance part which is connected to a resonance circuit and compensates a leakage current due to a resistance component generated from the resonance circuit based on the terminal voltage of the resonance circuit; and a current mirror part which prevents the backflow of currents by mirroring the output voltage of the transconductance part.
