A system for managing attendance in the present invention is developed to reduce the time required for checking attendance and prevent a false attendance. The system includes: a teacher terminal which activates attendance authentication and takes the attendance of students; a student terminal which authenticates a student terminal user to certify attendance and takes the attendance of the student terminal user; a plurality of wireless access points (AP) which calculates the location of the student terminal; an attendance management server which processes the attendance from the teacher terminal and the student terminal and provides the teacher terminal and the student terminal with attendance information; and a database which stores authentication information of a teacher and a student, class information, attendance information by classes, and location information of the wireless AP. |
