The present invention relates to a concrete block assembly for constructing an arch bridge having both ends in parallel with an edge of a traversing region, and an arch bridge constructed thereby, wherein the arch bridge, which is constructed across a river or a road by using block assemblies, has both ends in parallel with the edge of the traversing region to easily construct both ends of the arch bridge on a small area of the traversing region. The concrete block assembly (1) comprises multiple bocks (100) becoming tapered downward and connected longitudinally to each other in a line, and the concrete block assembly is bent into an arch shape to construct an arch bridge. The block (100) has a curved shape in the longitudinal direction from one end to the other end thereof, so that a straight line perpendicular to an end block on one end of the block assembly (1) is not arranged collinearly with a straight line perpendicular to an end block on the other end thereof. The end blocks placed on both ends of the block assembly (1) are arranged side by side and mutually faced not at right angles but at skew angles.
