The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an integrated bicycle frame by applying a hydroforming method. To achieve the above objective, provided in the present invention is a manufacturing method of a bicycle frame, wherein a down-tube steel frame is manufactured by joining a head tube and a bottom bracket to a down-tube through the hydroforming method. According to the present invention, when applying the hydroforming method in the manufacture of a bicycle frame, a heat-affected zone (HAZ) caused by welding does not exist, thus minimizing fatigue fractures. Moreover, since the frame can be processed into various shapes, the degree of freedom in design can be similar to the degree of freedom of design of a composite material. |
