A human body communications link device and a method of a portable terminal for performing communications with a portable device are provided to simplify a reprocess for human body communications in case that communication linkage is abnormally terminated. A portable terminal comprises a controller(200), a connection management unit(202), a memory unit(204), an input unit(206), a display unit(208) and a communications unit(210). The connection management unit comprises a timer unit(203). The communications unit comprises a human body communications module(212). The controller confirms the context information which is the information of the operation performed among handset and connection. The controller performs the function of coming under the context information. |
