The present invention provides a dried seasoning material for kimchi and a manufacturing method thereof. The dried seasoning material for kimchi can be directly sprinkled on cabbages to be mixed with the cabbages, or the dried seasoning material for kimchi is mixed with water in a proper amount and then is mixed with the cabbages so as to instantly produce kimchi to be consumed. Therefore, the dried seasoning material for kimchi can address issues related to a distribution period, and can maintain the taste unique to kimchi seasoning material. |
