An organic electroluminescent display according to an aspect of the present invention comprises an organic light emitting device formed on a lower substrate; a color refiner layer which is formed on the organic light emitting layer and includes a black matrix and a color refiner formed on a pixel defined by the black matrix; a thin film encapsulation layer which is formed on the color refiner layer to flatten the color refiner layer and prevent damage to the organic light emitting device; and an upper substrate formed on the thin film encapsulation layer to seal the thin film encapsulation layer from the outside.
