<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode which includes: an anode electrode; a hole injection transport layer formed on the anode electrode; a light emitting layer formed on the hole injection transport layer; an electron transport layer formed on the light emitting layer; an electron injection layer formed on the electron transport layer; and a cathode electrode. The hole injection transport layer is formed by doping a hole injection material or a hole transport material with a metal oxide.</p>
