摘要 A method for control of the ratio between the solid and fluid phases of melt in crystallizer of installation of continuous steel teeming includes use of crystallizer with cooling zone where sensors of acoustic emission (AE) are installed by height of the crystallizer. The pulses of acoustic emission are calculated at different heights of the crystallizer beginning from the top from melt supply. To evaluate the value of energy obtained from each sensor at crystallization of melt the amplitudes, frequencies and other parameters through adding the energy pulses from each sensor and the sum of energy pulses from all the sensors of crystallizer. Simultaneously evaluation of thickness of the ingot sinterskin is carried out by each sensor and by the sum of the readings of all the sensors of acoustic emission of the crystallizer and evaluation of strength of the ingot sinterskin by each sensor and by the sum of the readings of all the sensors of acoustic emission of crystallizer or all the ingot before squeezing, this in its turn makes it possible to evaluate the state of cooling of the crystallizer at height of each installed sensor and all the crystallizer for control of cooling and supply of melt to crystallizer.
