SET OF EQUIPMENT TO PREPARE SINTERING ORE

A set of equipment to prepare sintering ore comprises a receiving hopper, a feeder, a crusher and a screen. All units of the set are positioned so that the axis of symmetry of the feeder, outer cone of crusher and screen box form a unique vertical axis of the set. In the case on the outer cone of crusher and screen box vibrators are mounted in pairs opposite relative to the axis of set. Unbalance shafts of each pair of opposite mounted vibrators are installed in the mutually perpendicular planes. The working surfaces of inner and outer cones of the crusher are made in the form of polygons.
