PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat cooking apparatus that is favorably fitted into a built-in kitchen unit and sufficiently secures strength of a droplet receiver that is disposed in a front lower part of the heating device body, and in which collected dew condensation water can be easily removed by a draining receiving part which can be detached and attached. SOLUTION: The heat cooking apparatus includes: the droplet receiver 37 that prevents droplet generated by condensation of vapor that is disposed on a seat 41 and is applied to a door 35 from dropping down on the floor; a discharging water receiver 52 that is disposed at lower part of the droplet receiver 37 to accumulate the droplet; and a discharging water opening 50 in an end of droplet receiver 37 that discharges droplet accumulated in the droplet receiver 37. The discharging water receiver 52 is disposed at the lower part of the discharging water opening 50 and is configured to be detachable from the heating apparatus body 33, wherein the droplet receiver 37 disposed at the front lower part of the heating apparatus body 33 prevents condensed water from dropping on the floor and the discharging water receiver 52 preventing the large amount of the condensed water at steam heating and moreover, improving cleaning performance.
