<p>The present invention provides a method and module for providing one or more tags such as e.g. inlays, labels or tickets, comprising encoding such as a bulk encoding of the one or more tags, and printing a code such as a barcode onto the tag. At least one code such as a UPC, universal product code may be received from a source such as a manufacturer, and tags such as inlays, labels, tickets or wafers such as RFID, radio frequency identification, wafers with unique tag identity are provided. The one or more tags are fed into a serialization module, and the code is printed onto the tags wherein after, before or during the code printing such as UPC printing, a serialization module writes the preconfigured data such as EPC data to multiple tags such as labels/tickets simultaneously so as to carry out a bulk encoding.</p> |
