The ear plug communication apparatus by the present invention has a hemispherical main body part having a module-mounting part in which an information-collecting module is inserted in the longitudinal direction. Multiple groove parts extended in the longitudinal direction of the main body part are formed on the outer surface of the main body part. Protrusion parts that protrude in the radical direction are extended in the longitudinal direction in between neighboring groove parts.
