The present invention provides handcuffs. The handcuffs comprises a locking switch part having a guide block formed inside a main body; a hinge block formed inside the main body; a push rod coupled to the guide block to be linearly movable and coming in contact with an elastic member in a first direction; and a push lever coupled to the hinge block to be rotated and having the end coupled to the end of the push rod to be rotated. A locking compression end primarily locks a fixed ring part and a rotary ring part by compressing a latch fixing piece, and secondarily locks the fixed ring part and the rotary ring part while the elastic member is pushed in the first direction to move a locking protrusion sill to a position of restricting the latch fixing piece not to be lifted by the rotation of the push lever. The primary lock is released when the latch fixing piece is lifted by a rotating first holding pin. The secondary lock is released when the locking protrusion sill is released from the latch fixing piece by pushing the elastic member with a rotating second holding pin in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
