The present invention relates to an apparatus of automatically exchanging a compression nozzle for extrusion molding capable of exhibiting excellent work efficiency and preventing safety accidents in advance by being formed in order to rapidly attach a new compression nozzle again after automatically dismantling a compression nozzle attached to a spin head of a melt spinning extrusion molding apparatus. The apparatus of automatically exchanging a compression nozzle for extrusion molding comprises: an upper part which includes a second nozzle storage sector in which an unused second nozzle is stored by being inserted in advance, and a second nozzle horizontal transfer module for horizontally transferring the second nozzle towards a nozzle vertical transfer module from the second nozzle storage sector; a middle part which includes a first nozzle horizontal transfer module for horizontally transferring a first nozzle lowered and transferred by the nozzle vertical transfer module to a first nozzle storage sector, and the first nozzle storage sector for storing the first nozzle transferred by the first nozzle horizontal transfer module; and a lower part drive part which includes the nozzle vertical transfer module for lowering the first nozzle and lifting the second nozzle. The apparatus for automatically exchanging a compression nozzle for extrusion molding horizontally transfers the first nozzle to the first nozzle storage sector through the first nozzle horizontal transfer module after lowering and transferring the first nozzle equipped in the spin head of the extrusion molding apparatus by separating the first nozzle, and installs the second nozzle in the spin head of the extrusion molding apparatus by lifting and transferring the second nozzle to the nozzle vertical transfer module after horizontally transferring the second nozzle stored in the second nozzle storage sector to the second nozzle horizontal transfer module. |
